New home design

It's important to get your designer on board in the very beginning stages of a new build. We have the ability to review architectural plans with the end goal in site. How does each room function, where should your electrical go and what type of door swing would work best? A large part of our new build service is also to assist in all material selections (flooring, tile, paint, lighting, cabinets, hardware etc.). We will draw all cabinetry and tile in 3d to provide to your builder and installers so assure everyone is working toward the same outcome.

Home Furnishings

As a full service interior design firm we offer fully curated designs that are both functional and beautifully tailored to your personal style. We begin with house plans or a site evaluation. This allows us to speak with the client in detail about their vision and how they plan to live in their new space. We follow up with a digital presentation of the well planned selections as well as the space planning and electrical placement. Most complete design concepts include seating, tables, wall décor, area rug, wall color, 1-2 space plans and 1-2 material palettes. It's important to our design team to create one of a kind designs that appear collected over time and cohesive with the adjacent spaces.

Kitchen and Bath Design

We offer custom cabinetry paired with a design unique to each homeowner. Beginning with a general layout for functionality we lay the ground rules for the overall concept. This step leads us to the details of millwork, cabinet, plumbing and hardware finishes, storage components, countertops and more. Included in the 3d drawing is the backsplash trims and details that add to the visual layering of the space.

2. consultation

Following the discovery call, we will schedule an onsite consultation at our studio (for new builds) or in the home for remodels. We take this time to assess the space, explore your ideas and answer any questions.

3. Design presentation

We develop and present a conceptual design based on your lifestyle and aesthetic vision.

4. Proposal

We provide you with a contract outlining the scope of work to be completed as well as the estimated budget.

5. Installation

The final touches! We will manage your order from the moment it is confirmed to the installation in your home.
